McGowan Miller Partnership, which was established in 1990, provides Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and CDM Co-ordination Services to the Public and Private Sectors including Professional Services to the National Health Service, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Various Commercial, Leisure and Industrial Clients together with individual Private Clients.

Contracts with which the Partnership are involved range from £40,000 up to £22,000,000 through all sectors of Construction including Residential, Health, Industrial, Commercial, Leisure, Education, Historic and Listed Buildings and Infrastructure and Civil Engineering Works.

In recent years and with the development of sustainable design entering the construction industry McGowan Miller Partnership are now involved in the provision of Commercial and Domestic Energy Performance Certificates [EPC’s] as well as being in the forefront of innovative sustainable design such as Passivhaus.
